Troop 92 has been a proud member of the Antioch community for over 60 years and meets weekly at the Scout House located in the heart of Antioch. The Scout House has served the troop in two locations (we loved it so much we had it moved to its present location!). Troop 92 has had the honor of seeing over 80 members becoming an Eagle Scout.
Our Troop established housing for Wood Ducks at the Chain-O-Lakes State Park and ensure they are maintained on a yearly basis. We typically camp ten times each year, including up to one week at Summer Camp at Owasippe Scout Reservation near Whitehall, Michigan or Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Scout Reservation in Pearson, WI.
Troop 92 has one fundraiser per year...the annual Spaghetti Dinner held at the Moose Lodge. Through 60 years of holding this fundraiser, the troop has been able to get most of the funds needed to camp, maintain or upgrade equipment and allow the Troop to provide training to help the Scouts reach their full potential. We also have an optional fundraiser program whereby Scouts can sell Christmas wreaths and build up money to help offset the cost of Summer Camp.
